Physical TherapistThe Physical Therapist conducts evaluations and treatments for our preschool aged children. Contributes goals to the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) or Individual Educational Plan (IEP). Work on targeted objectives throughout the school year per the child's program requirements. In compliance with state and local requirements, each therapist will be responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation regarding student services and subsequent needs.Qualifications: Must have current NYS PT license and experience with preschool special needs population.Job Type: Contract or Per DiemLocation: Dix HillsHours: Flexible schedule between the hours of 9:00am-3:30pm (duration till end of July)Salary Range: Per Diem
