Speech Language Pathologists play an integral role in continuing our commitment of quality by servicing children and implementing instructional plans based on evaluation findings of the child's outcomes as indicated on the child's IFSP or IEP. Assess and treat speech-language, voice, swallowing, and other related disorders of children with developmental delays and disabilities. Develop and implement individualized plans for assigned cases to meet individual child’s needs, interests and abilities. Collaborate with parents and multidisciplinary team of rehabilitation professionals and special educators to develop and modify program activities that improve speech and language skills. In compliance with state and local requirements, each therapist will be responsible for maintaining appropriate documentation regarding student services and subsequent needs Excellent benefit package and salary.
