We currently have an opportunity for an individual with Receptionist/Secretary office experience to assist in our Dix Hills location. Must have excellent word processing, MS Office (Word and Excel) skills. Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls; ability to clearly and effectively communicate on the phone as well as attention to detail. Have superior interpersonal/customer service skills. Ability to multitask and focus on the tasks at hand. EXPERIENCE working in a school setting is preferred.Minimum HS grad/GED. Receptionist/Office/Secretarial skills and field experience required. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Proficient with MS Office Suite; Excel, Word.DIX HILLS location Full time Monday to Friday 8:30 - 4:00
