The Afton Central School District is accepting applications for a School Psychologist. This is a 10-month position with some additional days in the summer required. It is anticipated that the successful candidate will be appointed to a regular probationary appointment as soon as possible. The selected candidate will provide school-based psychological services in a 500 pupil K-12 school district and serve as a member of the CSE. Minimum qualification for the position is certification by the N.Y.S. Education Department or eligibility to receive certification. Salary for the position is negotiable depending upon the experience and education of the successful candidate. Fringe benefits will be in accordance with the contract between the Afton Central School District and the Afton Teachers’ Association.
